Each project is transparently recorded on our blockchain (OxyNode), with measurable carbon credits issued via smart contracts — empowering you to own a stake in real-world climate solutions.

1. Cardamom Hills Biodiversity Corridor | Western Ghats — 52 Acres

Status: Restored & Ongoing Stewardship
Location: High-elevation forests, Kerala

Nestled deep in the Cardamom Hills — a UNESCO World Heritage Site — this 52-acre parcel has been restored through native afforestation and climate-resilient rewilding techniques. Over 250 indigenous trees have been planted and maintained. Each tree is carefully mapped, watered, and monitored using IoT sensors and satellite imaging.
Every NFT minted through this project directly supports the planting and protection of 2 native trees, while ensuring carbon capture, soil health regeneration, and long-term ecosystem resilience.

2. Carbon Offset Agro-Forest |Foot of the Western Ghats— 10 Acres

Status:Preserved & Monetized
Location: Palaghat, Gateway to Kerala

A 10-acre mixed forest system strategically located in the Foot of the Western Ghats has been preserved and scientifically managed to enhance biomass productivity.
With over 1,300 mature trees under protection, the site contributes to the offsetting of 38.75 tons of CO₂ equivalent annually. This project is tokenized on-chain, offering 1 token (OxySeed) = 1 ton CO₂ offset, directly tradable as carbon credits. Every NFT supports biodiversity protection and allows stakeholders to transparently own real impact.

3. Eco-Restoration Estate | Princess of Hill Stations — 40 Acres Leased

Status: Restoration Underway
Location: Tamil Nadu Highlands

A 40-acre estate, known for its fragile montane ecosystem, has been leased under a 99-year regenerative agreement. The project includes afforestation, habitat restoration, regenerative agriculture, and wildlife corridor revival. It focuses on improving soil fertility, water retention, and pollinator populations, supporting both biodiversity and sustainable livelihoods.
Each NFT supports the planting of 2 trees, while 1 OxySeed token is issued for every 1 ton of verified CO₂ sequestration. Land health metrics and progress are recorded on the OxyNode blockchain for complete transparency.
